These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between y555 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the y555 online gaming platform available at y555.onl and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and API-delivered services (collectively, "the Platform").

• Not a y555 Employee: You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by or affiliated with y555 or any of its gaming content providers.

• Notification Obligations: You must promptly notify y555 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your registered mobile number or email changes, or if any information on your account profile becomes inaccurate.

y555 operates under an international gaming licence that mandates rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. All y555 accounts are subject to identity verification before real-money withdrawals may be processed, and y555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

• Arbitrage and Systematic Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of odds differences (arbitrage betting), use of prohibited betting software, or placement of bets designed to circumvent y555's risk controls constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in bet voidance and account closure.

Unauthorised use of y555 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal action.

y555's total aggregate liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposit made by that player during the same calendar month, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law. y555 provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods, which will be announced where practicable, may result in temporary platform unavailability.

By registering on y555, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, personalised marketing (where consent is given), and regulatory reporting.

y555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; receipt of a self-exclusion request; suspected minor account; regulatory direction or court order; or any other circumstance where y555 deems account closure necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of its players.

Upon legitimate account closure not related to Terms violations or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus funds) will be refunded to the account holder through their registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Where provisions of these Terms conflict with mandatory legal requirements applicable in your territory, the applicable mandatory legal requirements shall prevail to the extent of the conflict only. All other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
